This notice explains how information submitted through this event website is used.

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, your name, contact details, organisation (if supplied) and message are recorded so the Lord Mayor’s Office and event team can respond and manage the enquiry.

Ticket bookings

When ticket sales open, payment will be processed by Stripe using AYRE’s Stripe account. The event team will record booking contact details, the products purchased, payment status and guest names to confirm the booking and operate the event guest list. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

Sharing and security

Information is used only by the organisations and service providers involved in administering the event, taking payment, communicating with bookers and operating the guest list. It is not sold for marketing.
